possible bug in cursor xp????????

hey,
1st off anyone else a simfan? like the sims 2 ? well i am and i also love cursor xp but i removed it cause it was causing some features in sims to not work.say for instantance the cheat box did not work when i had cursor xp installed.i had no idea it was cxp causing this till i got the tip from a user at modthesims2.com . anyway is there anyway this bug can be fixed?or am i screwed lol?

All I do is unload it when I play the game. I unload it before I play a lot of games because some games seem to conflict with cursor xp. It isn't really a bug, and it's easy enough to unload it during game play and then load it again after.
