Stardock Central . . . help

When I DL/Apply a new Windowblind, SDC hangs up while DLing and says "585 KB of 585 KB received - Remaining: < 1 second". I can DL/Apply from the website with no problem. It doesn't matter what Blind it is. Any suggestions?

I have been having a similar problem too since I renewed on 6/10. It seems that no matter what I DL sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. For example, when I got the renewal email I followed the instructions and reinstalled and I noticed that no matter what I am looking at on the left side of the Theme Manager the right side preview is blank for only Suites/Themes/WB, all other views appear.
I was also getting this weird message to buy Iconpacker3. So I sent an email to support and was informed that something is wrong and to remove everything and follow the links from the renewal email and reinstall.
First of all I want tell all of you guys this is a huge pain to complete.
So I did, from Stardock Central starting from the bottom of the list to the top uninstall all programs. From the Control Panel Removeal of SDC Logon and Boot Screen. Rebooted and began the task of searching my system for ANY unknown folders. I could not deleted Stardock Folder becasue Stardock.exe that program is still active somewhere. Shure was in the Task Manager, shut it down and then I could delete that folder. Then rebooted my system ran defrag and then ran Registry Mechanic three times for a total of 210 regestry errors.
Why can't you guys take out what you put in is beyond me.
Your email has me downloading the same information twice, same size and content and URL. I never did get ObjectDock.net from you or from Stardock Central. I was only able to get the missing components from Download.com BECAUSE YOU SENT ME THERE!
Now when I Dl a Suite I get one file that does not come threw and usually it is the WB(visual style) file that will not DL. Even if I DL the file and save it to my HD I get a similar error this guy is getting and my system frezes for a bit and then Post Mortem comes up and all these errors sent to Blue Hat over and over and over again. For example it took me 2.5 hours last nite to get Alien-Minds-II. Finally I went to the authors site and DL the WB to my HD and installed direct from with in the suite and applied the visual style from the WB screen itself. Rebooted this mourning and now it is showing up, sheesh I don't get it man.
Why did you guys have to move in the first place?!
In the reinstall I found 14 Registry Errors thats 666% better than the uninstall.
How do you fix this?
