Downloading

Hi
When I try to enlarge a screenshot or download anything the operation will time out and 'this page cannot be displayed will come up.
Do you know the reason for this? and how may I make it better?

Thought it was just me!
Was managing to download last night ok, but all i've got today is "page not displayed" messages, was starting to think that i had changed some setting on my pc, but after 'finding' the forum on the website, at least i know i'm not alone with this problem.
