Need Some Help Understanding Account

Hi all, I just wanted someone to help me better understand how the whole WinCustomize account thing works. When I accessed my account a few minutes ago, I think that I was actually in someone else's account because I was able to view another members guestbook. Is that normal? I also think I might have accessed some other areas that were not in my account. Dunno, maybe it's a glitch in the site or something, but when I logged back in later, some options were not there anymore. Lastly, I was wondering what the Watch user thing means exactly. There is a Stalk User option you can choose in the Watch user area that I don't really understand. I mean, is that a good thing or tradition here, like a compliment to that person, or what? Appreciate any help.
