Any tips for Buildlng Desktops
Using the Beta DX

So far I've only made 2 ro 3 desktops that haven't crashed. I think the one I'm running now is OK. Should Wall Paper size be a factor for making a 19 inch screen? The ones that came with windows are all different sizes. Is there a reason Windows uses BMP files for wall papers?
Can you leave the minimum resolution set at 0 in Beta DX? Will a maximum resolution setting of 1280 x 1024 change itself to work on a smaller screen? Just wondering why they put the 2 settings (and on drop down menues).
Can I move the "Current Theams" file (deep inside Documents & Settings), to the same place on my laptop to have a desktop work there? If I can move it to the laptop, is the disc size the same if I just loaded Widgets on the same wall paper?
Is importing a widget, the same as adding an icon (as far as rebooting goes?).
