Awaiting moderation display?

When I go to check out a skin I just submitted all I see is this.http://rmskins.wincustomize.com/myskins.aspx?acid=546696&libid=-2&p=1&s=10&d=1&SID=5472&UID=546696. It usually lists the skin name not this.
