Has Anyone seen this Apple Dashboard video? How can one recreate that nifty water effect when dropping components onto your desktop area? If someone knows, I would really like to. TX

Don't know of any program that can do that. It'd require capturing the image of the desktop and applying some filters to it. Not sure if it is at all doable in a decent way in Windows as it is today. Might be some hope in Longhorn...
