There is the link to the manual for Rainlendar. Best way to start skinning Rainy's, open the .ini file in the skin folder and see how the skin is put together. Start with your background and go from there. Take a look at another skins images to get the idea, and make your own from there.
Theme manager will replace everything at once with a .suite file, or you can manually set up a theme and save it. Hope this helps ya.
