Question about logonstudio, and creating my own

Thursday, May 12, 2005 by MariennaSkye | Discussion: New Users

Hi. I read over most of the info about logonstudio, but nothing answered my question, at least not that I could tell. Here is my problem. I have created my own logon, that works fine, in fact I got it to upload ok too. I did notice however that when I wanted to change the background color around user name it would not change. I am not sure how to get this done. I know it can be somehow, as I have some that are changed but I don't know how. Can anyone help?

Thanks
Skye

either theyve modified the user account image, or modified the UIFILE.txt and specified a colour around the user account

This part?

I justed clicked the user name box to highlight it, then clicked the colored box in back color in the menu and picked a new color. It worked.

keep forgetting a lot of people here do that. The one's that have had the uifile modified (like those cool ones with the shutdown up near the center of the screen) I haven't tried changing anything on.

Which one won't let you change the back color?

Ok. I got it. It just didn't change it in the preview screen, but it does when I actually use the logon. Thanks for all your help.
