Help... Windows are not sizing correctly with windowblinds

Help...Im having trouble with my windows not sizing correctly when i use W.B. the windows are off center they show in odd places sometimes small sometimes large and ignores the settting for [keep the taskbar over other windows] when i go online i have to constantly resize the windows while clicking on links it may seem like a small problem but it is driving me nuts when i unload windowblinds everything works perfect.....is there a setting to correct this in windowblinds. am i the only one having this problem In advance thanks for your help.
