Yahoo Music Service Challenges iTunes

I am downloading now, it looks interesting.

Yahoo's online music strategy has finally taken shape after a year of development with the launch of the Yahoo! Music Engine, the company's challenger to iTunes and subscription services such as Napster. While it may be late to the party, Yahoo threatens to shake up the industry with prices 60 percent less than its rivals.

Can Google be far behind?

Just curious, if you transfer these files to a portable device, how does it know your subscription is expired, and to stop playing those files?

I have a 1GB portable MP3/WMA player, but I don't believe it supports Microsoft's Janus DRM.

The installer keeps giving me errors. I need to find a link to the installer.
