NetMeeting and WindowFX

Hey, does anyone know why WindowFX has to be closed before I can run Microsoft NetMeeting? If I don't, my display freezes up and and pretty much have to reboot. Quite annoying!

Does it happend even if you exclude Netmeeting from WindowFX?

ATI Mobility Fire GL T2. It's in an IBM Thinkpad T42p.

I tried excluding netmeeting and that didn't help.
