Simple bar

I'm on a quest to find myself a simple infobar I can dock either at top or bottom on my secondary monitor.
So far, the closest I've come is Statbar: Link.
But since it can't be moved outside the main monitor, the quest continues.. it would also be nice to have the possibility to add more information, maybe like specific network-adapter traffic info, and cpu/gpu temps.
I've looked at hundreds of sysmetrix/rainmeter skins, but haven't been able to find any that fits my needs.
Just something really plain like Statbar, which is moveable (but dockable), has decent configuration options and possiblity to change basic color.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
