windows update
several web sites no longer work

after installing desktop x and windowblinds I found that some web sites dont load, windows update and I even get error on yahoo any ideas. Problem persists even after uninstalling.

As werewolf said they should not effect internet, unload DX and WB then go on internet. If ok load one of apps try internet again, then unload and try other, could maybe be a corrupt download and install of DX or WB. If is problem with one uninstall redownload reinstall. Update, I should have read whole post, if still have problem after uninstall, so no DX or WB on your system, how could they be cause of problem.
