How to keep objects in same place after restart of windows?

Saturday, May 7, 2005 by Nursesex | Discussion: DesktopX

Im using desktopx trial and some objects. When I restart my pc one of the objects doesnt keep its posisition and I have to drag it in place manually. I dont know why it doesnt keep the position when my other 2 objects do...

I´d really like not having to manually place the object (NoteIt) every time I restart. I cant really find any option in the properties that locks it in place. Pleas help...

You have to use builder mode to get to properties (registered version) - don't know if trial version has the option -- right click the systray icon and choose DesktopX Welcome.

If it comes up, choose create - Builder will take over.

Then you can right click the object for properties and set them.

The only way I've figured out to get back to desktopx, is when I'm done, unload Builder, then restart DesktopX.

dont change any settings...juss move the objects to where u want to and then save the theme using builder. Afterwards load the theme u saved in Builder using DesktopX

hope that helps...
