How to add applications.

Does anyone know how to add applications to Theme Manager. I have NextStart and Sysmetrix installed but when I try to apply a theme in theme manager with these applications included in it Theme Manger says these applications are not installed. does anyone know how to add these applications to Theme Manager. Any help would be appreciated.
