what happened to my logon submission

Hi, being a total newbie I submitted a logon creation, it was waiting for moderation when I viewed "My Skins" yesterday, today it has vanished, its no longer in "my Skins" .... does this mean its been rejected, deleted, or is it still being moderated, I've had no e-mail to tell me anything if anyone has answers I would appreciate them thx everyone
