Editing my Logon descriptions

Im just wondering what is the proper way to edit the logon description text after youve gotten one submitted and approved? cause i tried to change the text in my doom 3 logon by going update, changing the text, then submitting, but its still the same (except now its forgotten the return tags, so all the sentences following one after the other).
am i supposed to do it like above, but also submit the logon file and preview image again??
