Updated Theme Manager?

It's my understanding that Theme Manager v2.11 has some bugs that prevent application of a whole theme. I read in more than one location that an updated version of Theme Manager addresses the bug. The problem is that I have yet to locate a site from which to download an executable for install. Is there one publicly available for download from a site, or can someone send me a file?
