Lost F9 functionality on DX3

One of the functions I love about DesktopX3 is the F9 toggle function.
However after installing (and then de-installing) OMNIMail mail checker I have now lost that F9 functionality. OMNIMail had F9 & F10 preselected as hotkeys, and I suppose that they have 'turned off' the DX3 F9 function.
Is there a configuration setting (or maybe a registry setting) that I can change to re-apply the F9 function from within DX3?
Any help would be great as F9 was the easiest way for me to toggle between running applications and the DX3 desktop.

Right click tray icon, choose Welcome.
Right click on Welcome window, choose properties, then general settings.
Doesn't even have to be an Fkey.
