ALL Programs Value Help

Does anybody know a way to set the all programs button in the start menu to change the picture instead of having the selected background colort and text? CAues in the skin i am making it blocks the picture with the selected background color and text.

Any ideas?

Check out any of one my skins to see how to get around that. It is tricky but it works very well.
