Okay. So when you downloaded it did your browser originally see it as a zip? Generally with the Pixtudio cursors the .curxptheme is inside the zip, but if it isn't, well, downlod it and save it as .curxptheme and then click on it.

Obviously, it wont work if you dont have CursorXP.
