Windows 2003 Server support?

I have an (ahem) expired OD subscription, but want to renew. However, I've just been accepted into the beta testing program of R2 for Windows 2003 server. I was wondering if I would have any issues or if OD even runs on it. I noticed on the OD website that it only lists up to XP. Isn't Win2k3 based on the XP GUI?

Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

Because this is a Stardock "Support" Site and thread. I figured "Someone" in here would know the simple answer.....YES or NO. It's not that difficult of a question.
