Hello! I have been searching around the site and tried some of the softwares... 
Now I have heard of that there is a program that made it available to change my bootscreen, Icons, wallpaper, themes etcetera at the same time "like one click".... 
Without any trubble, easy and quick to download a package with some kind of theme and there you have all the stuff. Please tell me what kind of program I need

Note - this program is a "component manager" and does not actually do the work of applying the skins to the various parts of your GUI (Windows Shell, Icons, Wallpaper, etc.).
You will still need the programs such as - WindowBlinds, IconPackager, Bootskin, etc. - installed on your computer.
In basic terms, Theme Manager reads a "suite" of theme parts and tells these other programs to apply the skins. It also allows you to save a theme you have created for upload.
