why is it that objectdock can not coexist with iconx?

OD free w/DesktopX (IX enabled) - works
I've never had a conflict. Also don't use many docklets (I use the simple animation just for grins once in a while).

I did end up just keeping IconX disabled and used AveDesk to replace the icons. Works out nice, but I do think the IconX compatiblity issues with other programs should be addressed somehow.
