Downloading problems

when i try and download a skin or anything all i get is the skin's page over and over.
but it does not happen to all the files.
this is the url i get when trying to down load this file.

hmm .. try flushing the cache, close your browser, and try again ..

Looks to me like you're downloading a screenshot
Screenshots are only previews of peoples desktops and you cannot download the individual skins this way.
Maybe the individual skins are listed in the description or in the comments
