Color Change

I would like to know if there is a program that can change the color of Wall papers, I have seen in screen shots some people change the color of original Walls, now I know how to have this done with Icon packager for the Icons. I have some great Walls that I could use with my W.Blinds and would look great if I could change their color.

No problem, when you get wallpaper the colour you want, click File, then save as, add 1 after name then save so you
will have the recoloured and original.

Hello agan and thank you I am actually having problems of wourking out how to recolor the Wall it self I am not very good at this and it will take me a bit of time to get it going as I haven't had that much time to do so, but I am so eager to get some of the walls in another color I just keep pushing the wrong choice buttons. Again thank you.
