blue "welcome" and "shutting down" screens
Thursday, March 24, 2005 by rammojo | Discussion: OS Customization
I've already customized my boot screen with "bootskin", but how can I customize the blue "welcome" and "windows is shutting down" screens.
Is there any software to do this that is safe?
Im running windows xp.

| There may be some bugs. I have in the past had to boot into Safe mode and then restore the default Windows logon |
This would be caused by the logon being used, incorrect info in .ini, you will get a error box if this happens,
click ok, box returns, keep clicking after 7 or 8 or so, will get classic logon box, logon change logon being used
delete bad one.

Be aware it is not supported anymore. There may be some bugs. I have in the past had to boot into Safe mode and then restore the default Windows logon, then restart to be able to get logged on. But it does work very well.
