Having Trouble with Both RainLender & BootSkins
Cant Get Either One to Recognize Downloaded Skins Through Stardock Central or WinCustomize

Sometimes SC & WC Wont even download the file for Me, And If I manage to get it to download the file, BootSkins and RainLender will not Recognize The Downloaded Skin(Gives Me Error Messege; Stating that: BootSkins Is not Installed on your Computer, or Download Failed), Please Help!
