How do I create and submit a screen shot

I just need to know how to do a screen shot and then I want to submit it.

2) Open enough windows/applications to cover any wallpaper that its not your own work.
3) Hit the Print Scrn SysRq key [usually located next to the F12 key] This will take a snap-shot of your screen and place it on the clip board.
4) Open your graphic program (photoshop, paintshop, ms paint, etc)
5) Paste the snap-shot (Ctrl + V) and then save it as either .bmp or .jpg
Now you have a screenshot ready to upload
