how do you create a wallpaper like 'Bliss'??

Through Bryce 5 or Terragen with proper sky settings you get to create a sun,or you can try through Photoshop with some effects.

"Fly through photoshop" You mean you can actually do that? I am just learning photoshop (through my own devices lol). It's not going so well. These other programs your talkin about sound kinda interesting though. Can you give me the easy on where to find them?

Do you guys have any tips for making a "Stelth Bomber" stlye wallpaper? I have made a cursur and I want a wallpaper to go with it! I do not have Photoshop or another image editing programme (I olny have Paint which comes with Windows 2000)

Actually you can take a photo and play with it in your favorite editor.
With practice, you can create it using a program like Paint Shop Prop or Adobe.
If you have lots and lots of time you can even do it one pixel at a time in paint.
