Enable all, except 3rd party cookies and Private header.
In Options/Ad Blocking, allow all in each site entry.

I noticed also that I blocked a site pinging my computer... but it turned out it wasn't and the site I blocked was actually a server that WinCustomize uses...
It is possible that you blocked the whole server somewhere like I did...
yeah, check that out... look in the banned IP addresses and then ask t-man if the server is where Wincustomize is... plus, if I am not mistaken, they moved servers to a new state a few weeks ago.
