Skin not found in the Gallery

I have created more than 50 skins accepted by the Wincutomize. But, some of my recent uploads like Mozilla Firefox dock icon, DAP 7.4 dock icon, DAP 7.4 Premium dock icon, Adobe PhotoshopCS and ImageReadyCS dock icon, Bubble Plus dock background, The Garden logon etc. could not be found at Gallery. Sitting at India we are missing many more skins like that. Several skins accepted by WC found missing in the Gallery. I don't know whether they use different servers for India and USA. Whatever the case may be I just want to say we are missing something which we should not. Can WC resolve this problem?

Update to this post...I just checked and all the things you mentioned are showing up for me.
