If you are using the free versions, you may be running into some sort of limitations that are preventing the application of the suites.
If you are running ObjectDesktop - I would run Stardock Central program, and download the latest official release of Theme Manager (version 2.19).
If you are running the free versions and there are limitations that create problems, you might be able to manually apply the suite by doing one of the following:
1) Use the "Browse Site" dialog (left side of WC screen) and enter the name of suite and select the option "Gallery" from the drop-down list, then click "Go". If the individual parts of the suite were uploaded (i.e., WindowBlinds, IconPackager, Wallpaper, etc.), you will be able to download each component and apply it with the relevant program.
2) The second option involves downloading the ".suite" files to a folder and extracting the files inside so you can manually place them in the correct sub-directories. I am currently at work and not at my home machine with all the programs, so please let me know if you would like the complete instructions on this procedure, and I or someone else would be happy to post them here for you.
I will check back later when I get home.

For example: WindowBlinds, IconPackager, DesktopX - and of course Theme Manager to coordinate the files?
If so which ones and what versions?
Perhaps you could also leave the name of the suite(s) in question.
This info will help people identify possible issues and offer advice.
