How to change the skin of MS Office?

Microsoft provides some technique, such as Smart Document, Smart Tag and Addin, to extend the functionality of MS Word and Excel for ISVs.
If my program integrated with MS Office and use MS Word as diagnostic report editor, MS Excel as statistics report displayer. How can I these MS Office products conform to GUI standard of our company?
I have some experiements with Direct Skin v4.2. But I can not change the skin style of MS Office Word by it. Does anybody implement it by Direct Skin? Could tell me how?
