How to change the skin style of Eclipse?

Eclipse SDK is well known as Java IDE. But it also can be used as a rich client platform (RCP) and a comprehensive tool integration platform. You can refer to the following link for more details: Link
The Eclipse RCP could be selected as our client platform. The look and feel of Eclipse should be changed and conforms to GUI standard of our company. But we have no idea how to implement it. Does or will the product of StardDoc do it?
