XP Theme installation

Heya, this is prob a question with a very simple answer, how do you install XP themes from this site with the file extention .dxtheme

do i need a program? or do i just need to pate the file somewhere?

HELP!

Yes you need the program Desktop X. Click on the software tab at the top of this page.
