Is the WindowBlinds 64 bit beta version out for windows X64 for yet.

No. Stardock are working on a beta version, and that is on Stardock Central as a beta/pre-release, however it is still considered "testing". If all goes well I would assume that it will be released for general distribution in the next version of WB.

I think it's just to make sure it CAN run on 64 bit OS, but it's still 32 bit programs skinner only. True support for skinning 64-bit programs will come soon.

Of course, I could be mistaken.
