Installing a Cursor?

Well i wanna download this cursor to my computer http://www2.wincustomize.com/Skins.aspx?LibID=25&view=1&sortby=4&sortdir=DESC&p=6&advanced=0&mode=1 The Last one called "The Alien" so can some1 show a progam or something to install and show me how to install using the progam or not, ty

Last one doesn't show up as 'the alien' for me. Depends on your page preference. Do you have cursorxp installed? If not, go here Link
Once it's installed, installing the cursors is easy. If you use firefox, it will ask to open with the correct program.
