A Little Help please

For some stupid reason I went into Explorer/tools/folder options/file types/ICO and changed the icon to something different. Now whenever I look at files in "Tiles" or almost any other view - all I see is the icon that I changed it to. Quick question - What is the default path to the ICO default icon? Any help would be much appreciated.
