Need Some Help With IconPackager Pretty Please

I have been having trouble uninstalling Iconpackager I love it but my older sis doesnt want it on her pc anymore.
Now the thing is after uninstalling it and deleting the folder my icons dissapeared? even after trying to restore them *cringe* so i re installed IconPackager and restored all icons and cursors and rebuilt icon cache and Voila all the icons are back to normal but still she wants it totally off the pc so even after rebuilding the icons and uninstalling the package shelllext.dll still remains on the pc in stardocks folder.I want to know how to remove the whole folder and the dll.
Please advise me as to how to remove it completely before she kills me

Ok i tried again as you said but the same thing happens!
All my icons for photoshop MSoffice and some other programs in my start menu are gone and replaced by the "unknown" icons even if i try to set their icons the moment i reboot and startup the pc theyre gone again.
Help me please

The same thing happened to me as well. I'm currently using IconPackager again but before I install a new package I make sure that IP's version of the "Default" icons match those found in Windows Folder Options as closely as possible. The way that I achieved this was to: 1. Go into Icon Packager. 2. Load the Default Windows Icons theme. 3. Still in IconPackager, select Icons and Cursors on the left-hand menu. Go into Files. Make sure the files listed there all reflect the right icon and not some unknown or IconPackager icon. If one or more are incorrect, select each one and then select Change Icon. It will direct you either to the actual .icl in Windows (shell32.dll) or into your Windows directory. Let's say for example the file you want to restore is a .WMA. You would look for the icon in the icon library of C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player\. Once you're finished manually restoring all of the icons listed, you then need to check under the Add Format feature to make sure all the other non-registered file types match what they are supposed to be. You may see some file types you have never seen before in fact and that is because your particular computer does not use them. Don't worry about them, but if you see that a .BMP file is now associated with the default icon, you know to change it by going into C:\Windows\mspaint.exe (I believe) to find the BMP icon.
What I've done to avoid the problem of file associations not being restored, or overlapping when I switch packages, is to make sure Custom Files is deselected at all times.

Ty in future ill make sure i follow those rules. But i'm still not able to uninstall and delete the whole folder itself cause i lose all my program icons and cant even restore them back. Any advice as to what i should do now.

The best way is to restore all icons, reboot. Uninstall IconPackager, reboot. The delete the Stardock folder. Everything should then be gone.
However, the best method is to shoot your sister and continue using IP...
