WindowBlinds Skins for RightClick - how?

How do you use WindowBlinds skins with RightClick? I've put the .wba file in the WindowBlindsSkins folder, but it doesn't show up in the Skin browser. There's a "WB3ToOBSkinConverter", do I need to use that in some way? If so, how?

Um, Jim, did you play Christ in "The Passion of Christ" this past year? If this is you, I just want to say that I loved you in "Pay It Forward."

If you don't use WindowBlinds, then the converter has nothing to read...... You can't use random WB skins, just the the menu in the WB skin currently being used.
