Titlebar Fonts...only available as bold...possible bug

Building a skin right now using SKS Pro 4.51.044. I'm using Lucida Sans Unicode set at Font Height -11, Font Weight normal and everything else disabled for both my titlebar font and my taskbar buttons font. For some reason the titlebar font will only show as bold, though SKS is telling me it's normal, in the preview and when I apply it. To fix I have to manually add FontWeight=400 to the code.

I haven't used that font, but I'll do some checking and see what it does for me.
