Problem with featured skin not actually getting featured?

A skin 883 and I worked on was recently added to the site but somthing seems to be wacky.
https://www.wincustomize.com/ViewSkin.aspx?SID=1&SkinID=1263&LibID=10
The skin indicates that it was "featured", but it never appeared on the homepage? Also, on the "Newest" page (https://www.wincustomize.com/IndexNewest.aspx) it is not listed under the "Recently Featured Skins" heading.
The skin was uploaded yesterday and the site seemed to be a little off anyway, it looked the the featured skin and daily shot blocks on the homepage were swapped or something. I'm guessing that the site was just having issues and the skin just got lost in the mix up.
I don't want to make a big deal out of this or anything, it was just a but disapointing.
