Help....Can't find 'OjectBar'.

Greetings Everyone, 
Seems like I've been gone forever.....
I'm thinking of trying "ObjectBar" but, I can't find the library for it..... I went to My Account > Preferences but I don't see where I can change my library viewing options like at the old WC, is it elsewhere?
P.S. Hey, my little "Shield" is gone!!! Who stole it??

I think all of the shields are gone. We're defenseless.

can't anymore... We are sort of stuck with the way it looks until website ustomization returns later on.

forgot, for some reason the object bar page appears to be in 'landscape'.
