hmmm, sounds kinda like a chinese fortune. The ones that can go either way. Like, you will have an interesting life.
I think it's a trick. If the halls are made of gold, they're gonna be heavy. If the gold is falling, the hall is coming down. If you stop to pick up the gold, you could be crushed.
