Virtual Desktop became slow

Now it takes a few seconds to switch desktop. How to make it quicker?
I like the new keyboard shortcut:+
Is it know that other programs may slow it down?
When I start an activity and switches desktop, the switch seems to wait until the windows on current desktop is ready.
