Widget: Area code time

What time is it there?

I'd like to be able to enter in a zip code or area code or city, basically like the weather thingy, but have it tell me what time it is. Often I'm chatting with people on IRC and I have no idea what time it is there where they live. If I could type in "Rome, Italy" and have it tell me what time it is here, that would be very handy.

i have a world clock included with my SophOS DesktopX Theme which does this exact thing. it has some 40+ preset cities from around the world in a handy drop-down menu. all you need to do is select your local time zone and it gives you the local time there. check it out and see if this is what you need.
