You first need to click on the software tab at the top of the page and download and install Windowblinds. After you install the program you sould be able to double click on the Retro.wba file and it will automatically install and give you an option to apply it thru the system tray.

I downloaded WindowBlinds and still i dont have any file with an *.wba name
Now i downloaded the Mango skin and i can't see any *.wba file, what should i do?
