Soft Peach WB

Good Morning All:
I have a ? regarding "Soft Peach". When I have IE open I can not see the names such as File, Forward, Back, etc.
They are faded. Is there anyway for me to change this?

If you have skinstudio I can talk you through it but I am at work right now and dont have sks or wb
